  • Designing and optimising semantic models in Power BI for consistent reporting across teams.
  • Building, refining, and publishing dashboards that are easy to navigate and provide real insights.
  •  Troubleshooting data quality issues and working with colleagues to resolve gaps or inconsistencies.
  • Providing support and guidance to non-technical staff, helping them interpret and use data effectively
  • Reviewing existing reports and identifying opportunities for automation or simplification.
  • Partnering with the Enterprise Insights Manager on strategic data initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

What you'll bring:

  • Tertiary qualification in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Strong experience in building, maintaining, and optimising Power BI dashboards and semantic models.
  • Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases / data warehouse environments.
  • Experience with data modelling, data cleaning, and preparation for analysis
  • Understanding of data governance, quality, and security principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
  • Desirable: familiarity with Azure, DAX, and enterprise reporting tools.
