Arinco means Artificial Intelligence Company. We are the frontier partner for the AI era, helping organisations become Frontier Firms on Microsoft by changing how work gets done across people, processes, platforms and agents. Our crew across Australia and New Zealand combines deep Microsoft expertise, trusted data, secure platforms, production-ready agents and proven Done Right™ frameworks. We work alongside customers to move AI from experimentation to practical, governed outcomes at scale.

We are reshaping our own delivery model too, using reusable agents, skills, patterns and workflows to amplify consultant expertise and create more value for customers. Joining Arinco means helping shape the future of consulting in the AI era. Named Microsoft Australia Partner of the Year 2024, Arinco has more than 250 crew members and has delivered outcomes for more than 400 customers.

Who are you and what you’ll do:

Consultants within our Intelligent Data Practice will be leading the way, providing agent-powered support to our customers every day. You will utilise your strong Azure/Microsoft focused data skills, and be a “T” shaped consultant – you need to be able to lean on others where you are broad in knowledge and help others where you are an expert.

Day to day you will

  • Build: Your hands on in Microsoft Fabric or Azure Databricks, developing data pipelines and reusable ETL/ELT processes in python
  • Pair with your agents: You will lean on copilot and AI agents to accelerate delivery
  • Connect with Customers – standups, workshops and stakeholder calls keep you close to the people your building for and ensure what you ship lands
  • Ship with quality, build for the future and share what you know.  This is what being a data consultant at Arinco means.

Our ideal person will have the following skills

  • Carry extreme depth of internal expertise across every corner of data engineering and you will have direct access to it, whichever direction you want to grow.
  • Experience in providing Assessment and solution design – shaping the right approach before a line of code is written
  • In-depth knowledge of Infrastructure – provisioning and managing the platforms data runs on
  • Data acquisition and ETL/ELT - ingesting and transforming data at scale
  • Data modelling - designing structures that hold up as complexity grows
  • AI/ML – embedding intelligence into data platforms and products
  • Visualisation – turning data into insights people actually use.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex data concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Life at Arinco

Our crew is the heart of Arinco. We’re a curious, creative and passionate team helping organisations across Australia and New Zealand unlock what’s next with AI.
