We are currently hiring for a Microsoft Infrastructure & Networking Consultant to work on a contract basis in Brisbane. Start date is ASAP. The successful candidate will have the following:
• Strong hands‑on experience managing enterprise on‑prem infrastructure environments
• Proven experience supporting Windows Server environments including installation, configuration, patching, and lifecycle management
• Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and identity services
• Knowledge of storage platforms including SAN and NAS technologies
• Strong experience with VMware vSphere including ESXi and vCenter
• Experience managing virtual machine lifecycle including provisioning, optimisation, and decommissioning
• Knowledge of VMware clustering, HA, DRS, and resource management
• Solid understanding of enterprise networking fundamentals
• Hands‑on experience with LAN, WAN, VLANs, routing, and switching
• Experience configuring and supporting firewalls, load balancers, and network security concepts
