What you’ll do:
With the opportunity to work with customers at different stages in their digital transformation, you’ll play a key role in the delivery of end-to-end projects with a focus on providing expertise within your field. You’ll also contribute to our internal engineering culture through your involvement in developing new offerings and knowledge sharing.
Our ideal person will have:
- Strong proficiency in programming languages relevant to Azure and OpenAI development. C#/.NET preferred, however experience with Python or Typescript will be considered
- Knowledge of RESTful API development and integration
- Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions for continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) workflows is essential
- Experience integrating GPT based OpenAI models into Azure-hosted applications
- Demonstrated understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) will be highly regarded
- In depth knowledge of one of the following Azure platform services: Azure App Service, Azure Function and Azure Logic Apps, or Azure Kubernetes Service
- Experience integrating solutions with Azure AI Services including: Azure AI Search, Content Safety, Custom Vision, Document Intelligence, Speech, Translator and Vision
- Knowledge of a diverse range of testing concepts and frameworks, how to structure code to enable testing, and experience writing tests is essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with other developers, project managers, and key stakeholders
- Awareness of the ethical implications of AI technology and the importance of applying ethical guidelines to AI projects, ensuring responsible use of AI is essential
