We are currently looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst to join our AI Transformation practice.

What you’ll do: 

  • Work closely with clients and/or project team to understand their business needs, analysing processes, and providing recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness through technology. 
  • Analyse processes and requirements to produce detailed user stories and detailed documentation. 
  • Produce current state and future state workflows and user journeys.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, technical specialists and senior stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of technology solutions. 
  • Drive stakeholder engagement through owning, documenting and presenting detailed information and workshop facilitation. 
  • Work with various technical and business teams and senior leaders as appropriate, to drive delivery based on best practices, standards, and Agile methodologies. 
  • Building business cases and surfacing options to bring business visions to life & provide details and insight to scope new projects.
  • Ensuring technology implementations satisfy both requirements and business goals/outcomes through benefits realisation. 
  • Data Analysis, often simply through spreadsheet data, or other data-based tools – SQL, BI, etc. 
  • Involvement with acceptance testing, testing strategy and planning. 

Our ideal person will have: 

  •   5+ years of experience working in agile environments on large technical projects including areas in AI/Data/Cloud Migration/Modern Work and Business transformation.
  • Experience working in complex projects with different stakeholders.
  • Ability to define, document and assess current state processes, constraints, and risks to ensure the right problem is being solved. 
  • Strong knowledge of Agile practices and tools for managing requirements and backlogs, such as Jira, Confluence, etc. 
  • Ability to think creatively and outside of the box. 
  • Working knowledge and experience in using modern collaboration tools, such as Miro and Figma. 
  • Highly proficient technical writing and diagramming capabilities.
  • Genuine and personable communication skills. 
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical by nature, inquisitive, curious and with a desire to learn.
  • Ideally strong MS tech stack knowledge aligned with our Arinco services.
