Who are you and what you’ll do:
As a Consultant within our Intelligent Workplace Practice at Arinco you'll play a key role in the delivery of end-to-end customers projects with a focus on providing expertise in this space. You’ll also contribute to our internal engineering culture through your involvement in developing new offerings, IP and knowledge sharing.
Our ideal person will have:
- Experience across a broad range of Workplace and Security technologies, such as:
- Endpoint Management – Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Co-Management, MECM/SCCM, Azure Virtual Desktop and Windows 10/11, iOS, macOS and Android operating systems
- Microsoft 365 Platform - Exchange Online/Hybrid, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform and Copilot
- Microsoft Security Solutions - Defender suite (Defender for Endpoint, Cloud, Cloud Apps, Identity and O365), Sentinel, Privileged Identity Management and M365 Defender
- Identity and Access Management – Entra ID, Role based access controls, authentication protocols, Identity Governance, Identity Lifecycle Management, Hybrid Identity configuration, Active Directory, Conditional Access and Entitlement Management
- Information Security & Compliance – Secure Score, Microsoft Purview, Information Protection, Insider Risk Management, Data Loss prevention, Microsoft Priva and Azure Policy
- Content migration – M365 Tenant to M365 Tenant or On-Prem to M365 Tenant migrations for Microsoft 365 platforms (E.g. Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Planner)
- Telephony – Microsoft Teams, Call-Queues, Auto Attendants, PSTN Calling, Voice Gateways
- Scripting and automation – PowerShell, Python and Microsoft Graph
- Microsoft Licensing – Microsoft Business and Enterprise licensing, consumption models and cost optimisation methods
- A consulting mindset, with an ease of communication across broad levels
- Curiosity to keep learning and consider things differently
Please note that we offer a flexible work environment with the opportunity to split work between home and our office. As a customer lead business you will also need to be present on customer site when required.
