The team
Our Co-Ops team is a cloud managed services capability that provides operational support and enhancement services to our customers. We support Azure cloud customers, and we pride ourselves on being technical experts and solving problems at scale. We emphasise the importance of proactivity, innovation, A.I, automation and high quality when delivering outcomes for our customers.
What we're looking for
Technical Skills:
- Previous exposure and genuine interest in Microsoft Azure cloud computing
- Familiarity with Git version control and basic CI/CD concepts
- Exposure to C# and .NET development
- Experience with at least one scripting language (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
- Comfortable working with Windows/Linux command line environments
- Understanding of web application architecture fundamentals
Professional Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with an external customer base, preferably in a consulting or support capacity
- Comfortable working with varied stakeholders and building strong relationships
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Customer-focused mindset with professional communication style
- Genuine curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering (or equivalent practical experience)
You will gain exposure in:
- Artificial Intelligence
- Azure PaaS services - App Service, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and more
- Advanced monitoring - Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, and KQL query language
- DevOps practices - Release pipelines, branching strategies, automation, and Infrastructure as Code (Bicep/ARM)
- Azure Alerts and proactive monitoring strategies for application observability
- Incident management and structured troubleshooting methodologies
- Ticketing systems and ITSM processes
- Customer relationship management in a managed services environment
