We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our AI Transformation practice.

What you’ll do: 

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery in a customer facing role, ensuring seamless execution from initiation to completion 
  • Apply project management best practices to keep project on track, balancing scope, time, cost and financial constraints, while ensuring customers satisfaction  
  • Easily switch contexts between tasks and/or projects, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and business needs as required 
  • Take ownership of project success, defining and driving ways of working, ensuring clear approaches, effective facilitation and tangible business value  
  • Be a thought leader and trusted advisor, demonstrating stakeholder management across both technical teams/senior business leaders and C-level customers

Our ideal person will have: 

  • Exposure to large technical projects specifically in the Cloud migration/AI/Data and Digital Transformation space
  • Experience in risk management, identifying potential issues and implementing mitigation strategies
  • The ability to lead a project not just manage it, with a strong understanding of modern technologies to effectively engage with technical teams and ensure seamless project execution 
  • Significant demonstrable experience managing multiple/concurrent project streams 
  • Experience working in large, complex organisations such as financial, government, mining and utilities – aligning with our diverse customer portfolio 
  • Ability to adapt project management style, ensuring alignment with customer and business needs  
  • Strong understanding of change management within transformation and/or complex projects 
  • Strong accountability and ownership mindset, driving best practices and structured methodologies to maximise business impact 
  • Ability to work in multi-vendor environments, ensuing collaboration and alignment across teams 
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and build report with stakeholders at all levels in a clear, concise and personal manner  
  • A collaborative approach, leveraging the collective knowledge and experience of internal teams to provide industry-leading solutions  
  • Ideally strong MS tech stack knowledge aligned with our Arinco services
  • Experience working in cloud migration/separation type projects would be highly beneficial
