We spend most of our time building new capabilities, improving existing solutions, and helping organisations realise the full potential of technology such as Azure, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform and Copilot.
What You’ll Do
As a SharePoint and Power Platform Operations Consultant, you’ll play a key role in supporting, enhancing and extending digital workplace solutions for customers across New Zealand and Australia. This is not a traditional support role — it is a blend of managed services, engineering, consulting, and solution enhancement.
You will:
- Support, enhance and maintain customer solutions across SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio
- Build new features, workflows, components and automations to modernise customer environments
- Drive continuous improvement through optimisation, refactoring and best-practice governance
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with ownership
- Collaborate with the wider Arinco team to share knowledge, uplift capability and contribute to new Co-Ops offerings
Our Ideal Person Will Have
Core Required Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, including content management, governance, permissions, automation and well-structured information architecture
- Experience designing, enhancing or supporting solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Experience with Copilot Studio, or a strong willingness to learn
- A customer-focused mindset, excellent communication skills, and an interest in continuous improvement
Desirable (but not essential) Experience Across Workplace & Security
Exposure to any of the following will be highly regarded:
- Endpoint Management – Intune, Autopilot, Co-Management, MECM/SCCM, AVD, Windows/iOS/macOS/Android
- Microsoft Security – Defender suite, Sentinel, PIM, M365 Defender
- Information Security & Compliance – Secure Score, Purview, DLP, Insider Risk, Microsoft Priva, Azure Policy
- Telephony – Microsoft Teams voice, Call Queues, Auto Attendants, PSTN
- Scripting & Automation – PowerShell, Python, Microsoft Graph
- Identity & Access Management – Entra ID, RBAC, Conditional Access, Identity Lifecycle Management, AD/Hybrid Identity
