What You'll Do:

  • Build Trust: Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients through the Microsoft network and identify warm leads, to convert into satisfied customers.
  • Expert Team: Utilise the expertise of our consultants to understand prospects' unique business needs and leverage the latest advancements with Azure to provide unbeatable proposals.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Autonomy and responsibility of running a business like it's your own, managing your time, projects, and consultants, empowering you to drive success your way.

What You Bring To The Table:

  • A proven track record of landing customers and expanding relationships by identifying and addressing evolving customer needs and opportunities.
  • A strong background in the Microsoft technology stack with in-depth understanding of products and services plus an established relationship network within Microsoft.
  • A compelling storyteller with an ability to engage and captivate customers with stories articulating our achievements and value proposition.
  • Experience of selling Consulting Services, managing multiple in-flight projects, opportunities and priorities.
  • Demonstrable resilience, able to guide decision makers through strategic options, handling objections and resistance to change.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to adapt across diverse audiences from engineers to C suite.
  • Motivation through the relentless pursuit of success and adept at working autonomously with minimal supervision.
