What you’ll do
We’re looking for someone who loves transforming raw data into usable insights. In this role, you’ll focus on building robust, analytics ready datasets within Snowflake that empower other teams to create dashboards and reports that inform strategic decisions.
You’ll be the bridge between raw data and real-world impact, helping us understand what’s working and where we can improve, all in service of South Australians in need.
Whether you’re working on integrations, data transformations or helping guide our data warehouse design, your contribution will directly support our community-focused mission.
You’ll be trusted to make a valuable impact by:
- Designing and building Snowflake data models that power organisation-wide reporting
- Using SQL to extract, transform and load data across systems in a timely, accurate way
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver usable solutions
- Contributing to data warehouse design to support sustainable, scalable insights
What you’ll bring
To thrive in this role, you will have:
- Strong SQL skills, you’ll consider yourself an SQL expert
- Solid understanding of data warehouse concepts, particularly data quality and transformation
- A collaborative approach and the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts
We would also love you to have:
- Practical experience working with Snowflake
- Exposure to business analysis, data transformation or meta-data management
