The Department

Located within Bayside Workforce Systems project team, the Business Analyst will play a vital role in helping to deliver a suite of new tools including; SAP SuccessFactors, EC Payroll, UKG Pro, SAP Concur as part of the standardisation of HRIS systems across Bayside Health. 

The Role

As a Business Analyst - Integrations, you will play a key role in a major workforce transformation program, helping design and deliver integrations between SAP SuccessFactors, payroll and enterprise systems across Bayside Health.

Working at the intersection of business and technology, you'll collaborate with stakeholders, implementation partners and technical teams to analyse processes, define requirements and deliver solutions that support one of Victoria's largest health services.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised, analytical and proactive professional who enjoys solving complex problems, building strong relationships and making a tangible impact through large-scale business and technology change.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Analyse data flows, business rules and integration requirements between SAP SuccessFactors, payroll systems and third-party applications
  • Produce high-quality business requirements documents, functional specifications, user stories and process maps.
  • Ensure requirements are clearly documented, traceable and aligned to project objectives.
  • Work closely with the Integrations Lead and implementation partners to support integration design activities.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to clarify requirements, resolve design questions and support solution delivery.
  • Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Experience and Qualifications Required

  • Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst on large-scale enterprise system implementation projects.
  • Experience gathering, analysing and documenting business, functional and technical requirements.
  • Strong documentation, process mapping and business process analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Understanding of enterprise integrations, interfaces, APIs and data flows.
