Department

The Neuroscience department is a diagnostic department performing a range of neurophysiology studies on both outpatients and inpatients for nerve, muscle and brain activity disorders. We have a team consisting of administration, scientists and Neurologists covering the full spectrum of Neurology specialities.

Position Summary

To provide administrative support for the Department of Neurosciences and organise the departmental day-to-day activities. To be responsible for all administrative tasks relating to patient appointments, coordination, billing, medical records and test results.

Experience and Skills Required

  • At least 2 years’ experience, or equivalent in a public facing role, preferably Medical reception.
  • Confidence in dealing with face-to-face patient interactions and phone enquires.
  • A working knowledge of hospital online systems is desirable, but not essential.
