The Role
As an Organisational Development Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping equity and inclusion across Alfred Health. This role leads initiatives that build cultural safety and belonging, while ensuring compliance with legislative requirements such as the Gender Equality Act. You will design and deliver strategies, programs, and resources that empower leaders and teams to create inclusive workplaces where all employees thrive.
You will also provide consulting and facilitation support, using employee experience insights to drive action and uplift leadership and team capability. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who wants to make a tangible difference in how people experience work every day.

Experience and Qualifications Required
- 3+ years' experience in Organisational Development, Employee Experience, HR or Equity & Inclusion.
- Proven experience developing, delivering and evaluating organisational strategies.
- Strong project management experience from design through to delivery and evaluation.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse and synthesise data to inform action and reporting.
- Experience designing and facilitating inclusive programs, workshops and resources.
- (Desirable) Degree qualification in Public Health, HR, Social Policy, Community Development or similar.
