The Department

Bayside Health’s Public Affairs and Communications team leads strategic reputation management, helping shape the organisation’s brand and stakeholder relationships to support long-term goals. The team is responsible for corporate communications, external affairs, media relations, community engagement, internal engagement and digital communications.

The Role

This is a unique opportunity to join Bayside Health’s Public Affairs and Communications team and create compelling stories that showcase our people, services and communities across video, photography and motion graphics.

Experience and Qualifications Required

  • Strong video production, filming and editing capability across multiple channels.
  • Ability to plan and coordinate shoots, including concepts, shot lists and production planning.
  • Experience repurposing content into short-form social assets, reels and cutdowns.
  • Photography and basic motion graphics capability.
  • Strong technical skills across camera, lighting, audio, post-production and Adobe Creative Suite.
