    Experience and Qualifications Required

    • Significant experience as a Scrub/Scout Nurse in Cardiothoracic Surgery, including competent in CABGS, All valve surgery and complex thoracic surgery.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of cardiothoracic instrumentation, equipment, and surgical procedures.
    • Ability to anticipate surgical requirements and respond effectively during complex cardiac cases.
    • Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships.
    • Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
    • Commitment to patient safety, quality care, and continuous improvement.
    • Flexible and adaptable approach to meeting service needs, including oncall.
