Bayside Health is a public health service delivering high-quality care across every stage of life for close to 1.2 million people living in metropolitan Melbourne, the Mornington Peninsula, Koo Wee Rup, Bass Coast and Southern Gippsland. The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Administration and Events Officer to play a pivotal role in supporting the Monash Partners team operations and to deliver standout events. You’ll help bring together our twelve partner organisations—uniting researchers, clinicians, consumers and community members to collaborate, innovate and make a real-world impact on health outcomes.
You’ll be someone who is energetic, proactive and exceptionally organised, with a natural ability to build relationships. You’ll engage confidently with a wide range of stakeholders—from senior executives and emerging researchers to government representatives, peak bodies, consumers and philanthropic partners.

Experience and Qualifications Required
In this dynamic position, you’ll:
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders, ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes
- Plan and deliver engaging events that foster collaboration and spark new ideas
- Act as a trusted point of contact for our Partners and key stakeholders
- Keep priorities on track and communications flowing smoothly across a complex and exciting network
- Drive progress and accountability by monitoring timelines, tracking deliverables, and reporting on key milestones and outcomes
- Own and enhance our office processes and CRM systems, ensuring high-quality data, streamlined processes, and continuous improvement.
