• Providing high quality assessment and management of patients within the Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) and/or Neurological Rehabilitation Services. 
• Providing leadership in the development of a collaborative interdisciplinary team approach to achieve optimal patient care and outcomes and to minimise clinical risk. 
• Providing leadership to enhance the clinical and professional skills of the ABI and/or Neurological Rehabilitation team, Physiotherapy Department staff and students. 
• Providing regular clinical supervision to junior staff and AHAs to engender excellence in the Physiotherapy Service. 
• Coordinating/contributing to quality improvement and research activities within the ABI and/or Neurological Rehabilitation Service and the Physiotherapy department. 
• Promoting a culture of ongoing learning and development within the team. 
• Providing high level participation within the student training program. 
• Enhancing the overall functioning of the ABI and/or Neurological Rehabilitation Service and the Physiotherapy Department by participating in necessary administrative and management tasks. 

• Registered to practice in the state of Victoria (AHPRA) 
• Demonstrated advanced knowledge and skills in the provision of physiotherapy services to ABI and/or Neurological Rehabilitation patients 
• Demonstrated ability to lead quality and/or research initiatives 
• Demonstrated ability to supervise staff and students
• Demonstrated advanced communication skills 
• Demonstrated advanced time management skills 
• Victorian Drivers licence
