AGA is looking for a motivated 1st Year Electrical Apprentice to join a host employer and get stuck into real on-the-job experience while completing a Certificate III in Electrotechnology. If you’re keen to learn, love hands-on work and want to earn while you learn, this could be the perfect start.
What you will be doing:
- Jump in and help qualified electricians on site.
- Learn how to install, maintain and repair electrical systems.
- Work on small transportable homes, general electrical maintains.
- Get hands-on with tools, testing and fault finding.
- Build safe work habits from day one.
- Attend training and work towards your trade qualification.
- Pick up practical skills that set you up for a solid career.
What we are looking for:
- You’re keen to get into the electrical trade and learn from the ground up.
- You show up on time, work hard and bring a good attitude.
- You’re a team player who can listen, learn and communicate well.
- You take safety seriously.
- Driver’s licence and reliable transport are a bonus.
- White Card preferred, or willing to get one.
- You have Australian residency or valid working rights.
