VET Delivered to Secondary Schools - State Manager

The VET Delivered to Secondary Schools - State Manager will lead a team to execute the Vocational Education and Training Delivered in Secondary Schools (VDSS) strategy across two businesses, AGA and iTFE. 2026 anticipated student numbers of 2000 across four major campuses and extensive in school delivery with Melbourne Metro and Gippsland.

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage our VET programs in secondary schools across the state. You will build strong relationships with schools, Local Learning and Employment Networks (LLENs), and the Department of Education to drive growth and expand market share.

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing consistent, high-quality delivery of VET programs across both AGA and iTFE.
• Collaborating with training managers, coordinators, and trainers to enhance program relevance and impact.
• Driving innovation in program design and delivery to meet evolving student and employer needs.
• Expanding VDSS offerings and enrollment across existing and new school partners.
• Ensuring effective compliance, reporting, and quality assurance across all programs.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years overseeing VET programs. You combine people leadership skills with business development acumen and a passion for providing relevant, engaging career-aligned learning.
