AGA is excited to be recruiting for a motivated individual to join our Deer Park office and complete a 12‑month Administration Traineeship. This full‑time role runs Monday to Friday and provides the opportunity to earn a nationally recognised qualification while gaining hands-on experience in a supportive environment.

What you will be doing

  • Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for new apprentices and trainees
  • Manage onboarding documentation and support the onboarding of new clients
  • Deliver comprehensive post-commencement administration
  • Provide responsive administrative support
  • Maintain accurate records within systems
  • Respond to enquiries and provide customer service
  • Prepare and distribute reports as required
  • Manage the ordering and recording of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Contribute to project-based work
  • Participate in internal and external audits
  • Other duties as required

What we are looking for

  • Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Someone that is confident, productive, proactive and eager to learn
  • Skills in time management and organisation
  • Attention to detail
  • Adaptable and flexible
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Office or customer service-based experience (highly desired)
