  • Help students build confidence with literacy, numeracy and everyday learning tasks.
  • Work with teachers to create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment.
  • Assist with classroom resources, learning spaces and day-to-day school activities.
  • Earn while you learn and work towards your Certificate III in School Based Education Support.

We are seeking someone who:

  • Enjoys working with young people and wants to make a real difference.
  • Brings energy, patience, kindness and a willingness to learn.
  • Communicates well with students, teachers and school staff.
  • Is reliable, respectful and ready to be part of a school team.
  • Is committed to completing the traineeship and formal study.
  • Can meet shool-based requirements, including relevant checks.

What's in it for you you?

  • Support, training and mentoring from experienced school staff.
  • A nationally recognised Certificate III in School Based Education Support.
  • A strong pathway into education support, teacher aide and school-based roles.
