Business Administration Traineeship | Hydraulics Workshop

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic trainee to be placed with a reputable hydraulics workshop based in Bairnsdale to undertake a Business Administration Traineeship. This role is a Monday to Friday role, 38hrs per week and is a great pathway for someone looking to earn a wage while completing a Certificate III in Business.

What you will be doing

• You will receive structured on‑the‑job training in a range of administrative duties
• Greeting customers and assisting with enquiries
• Handling incoming calls and emails
• Data entry and maintaining accurate records
• Assisting with invoicing and basic accounts tasks
• Supporting stock control and ordering parts
• General office duties to support the workshop team

What we are looking for

• Motivated, reliable, and eager to learn
• Confident communicating with customers and staff
• Organised with good attention to detail
• Competent with basic computer tasks (Microsoft Office a bonus)
• Comfortable working in a workshop environment
• Able to work as part of a team and follow instructions
• No prior experience required — school leavers encouraged to apply
• Driver's license and reliable transport (highly regarded)
