Business Administration Traineeship | Mainstream School

About the role

Working alongside a supportive and collaborative team in Melbourne’s Inner west, this role will see the successful candidate working Fulltime, Monday to Friday whilst completing a 12-month traineeship in Business.

In this rewarding role, you'll work within a mainstream setting, providing administrative support to students, parents and teachers. You will act as a first aid officer, manage incoming calls and emails and general administrative tasks.

What you will be doing

• Provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders
• Answering phones and responding to emails
• Managing school database
• Provide first aid as necessary
• Attend block training in Deer Park during school holidays
• Work within a team to complete other tasks as directed

What we are looking for

• Current Working with Children (must have)
• Current First Aid and CPR Certification
• Eager to learn and committed to traineeship
• Computer Literate
• Great customer service skills and bubbly personality
• Well presented
