AGA and Watersure are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team in a two-year Water Operations Traineeship at the Victorian Desalination Plant in Wonthaggi.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop hands-on skills while contributing to the delivery of safe, reliable drinking water for Victoria.
As a trainee, you will work alongside experienced operators and technical specialists, gaining practical experience in plant operations, water treatment processes, maintenance, monitoring systems, and safety procedures. You will also complete relevant nationally recognised training, building a strong foundation for a long-term career in the water industry.
We are looking for highly motivated candidates who are keen to learn, committed to safety, and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team. A strong work ethic, problem-solving mindset, and interest in science, engineering, or environmental management will be highly regarded.
This traineeship offers structured learning, mentoring, and career development opportunities within a supportive and dynamic environment.
