Kickstart your career by completing a Business Traineeship with a leading transport & Logistics company based in Morwell, VIC.

About the role

Work within a family owned and operated transport and logistics business that prides itself on reliability and efficiency and above all, people development.

This role will see the successful candidate completing a Certificate III in Business while gaining valuable hands-on experience within a supportive team. You will be provided ongoing support throughout your journey and be empowered to work autonomously.

Working a Monday to Friday roster, this role will see the successful trainee build their career from the ground up, completing tasks that set them up for success within the industry.

 

What you will be doing

  • Greet clients and visitors and manage phone inquiries
  • Provide administration support to senior team members
  • Maintain up-to-date database records
  • Filing, scanning, and other general office duties and tasks as directed
  • Assist with Payroll and scheduling
  • Receive on and off the job training
  • Participate in regular training and development to enhance your knowledge and skills
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

  • Eager to learn with long-term career goals (potential to progress to Certificate IV)
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Commitment to participating in and completing a 12-month traineeship
