AGA has teamed up with a Tier 1 Contractor, a leader in Commercial Carpentry, Façade Cladding, and Building Remediation, to find motivated 2nd and 3rd year apprentices ready to take their career to the next level.

You’ll work full time alongside experienced tradespeople, gaining hands‑on experience across a variety of projects throughout Victoria. You’ll learn from seasoned professionals and be provided with the tools and support to build a long‑term career in carpentry.

You will receive above‑award wages, RDOs every fortnight, paid overtime opportunities, and the chance to work with a Tier 1 Construction Company.

What you will be doing:

  • Installing aluminium, timber, steel and concrete cladding
  • Hanging doors, fitting jambs, skirting, and hardware
  • Completing internal fit‑outs and remediation works
  • Working safely and efficiently as part of a small crew across Melbourne and surrounding areas

What We’re Looking For:

  • Based in Werribee and can commute between Geelong and Melbourne CBD (First 9 months, project is based in Geelong)
  • 2nd or 3rd year carpentry apprentice
  • Reliable, safety‑focused, and eager to learn
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • White Card, Working at Heights, and driver’s licence essential
