Following the internal promotion of a valued team member, AGA is seeking a high-energy, experienced Administration Officer to join the Apprentice and Employment Services team, based in our Wodonga office.
As a central point of contact for our consultants and clients, you will manage complex documentation and compliance requirements with absolute accuracy. We are looking for a "change champion"—someone with the foresight to identify operational efficiencies and the initiative to implement proactive solutions.
This is a 12-month maximum contract with the potential for a permanent placement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate employee and client inductions.
- Manage documentation, database records, and compliance requirements.
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and face-to-face.
- Work effectively with colleagues in different regional offices to coordinate shared goals.

Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
