As an Arborist Trainee, you will:

• Learn practical arboriculture skills including tree pruning, removals, planting, and maintenance
• Assist experienced arborists with climbing, rigging, and ground operations
• Use and maintain tools and equipment safely
• Work across parks, streetscapes, and public open spaces
• Undertake formal training as part of a nationally recognised qualification

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine interest in tree care, environmental work, or outdoor trades
• Willingness to learn and work safely as part of a team
• Good physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in all conditions
• A strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Driver’s licence (or working towards one) is desirable
• No previous arborist experience required — full training provided
