Fabrication/Boilermaking Apprentice (2nd or 3rd Year)

About the role

Our client, a highly respected organisation based in Leongatha that specialises in the fabrication of truck bodies for commercial applications, are currently offering a Fulltime Apprenticeship in Engineering Fabrication to apprentices in their 2nd and 3rd year.

As part of your apprenticeship, you will gain a Certificate III in Engineering Fabrication and be exposed to the latest materials and techniques. You will receive both on and off the job training and be guided by highly experienced mentors during the 4 years of the apprenticeship.

What you will be doing

• Mig and Tig welding
• Trained to read and interpret technical designs and drawings
• Educated to perform fabrication and assembly of components
• Follow company procedures
• Develop technical skills to produce metal structures
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
