Electrical Apprenticeship (2nd or 3rd year) | Commercial

About the role

AGA has partnered with a highly reputable electrical company, and we are currently looking for a highly motivated 2nd and 3rd year apprentices to join their team.

In this fulltime role, you will complete a Certificate III in Electrotechnology whilst working in and around Melbourne CBD.

You will work within a small supportive and collaborative team that pride themselves on delivering a quality service, while working within the retail and commercial sector.

What you will be doing

• Assist with electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance 
• Supporting electricians with daily tasks 
• Working safely in retail centres and schools 
• Travelling directly to job sites each morning 
• Using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment 
• Keeping work areas clean and following safety procedures

What we are looking for

• Completion of a Cert II in Electrotechnology or recent work placement
• Driver’s License
• White card
• Working with Children Check (working within schools)
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Eager and passionate about the electrical industry
• Strong problem solving and math skills
• Team oriented and cooperative
• Proactive and Safety Focused
