Teaching:
- Develop, maintain, and assess student learning programs, projects, and associated materials.
- Deliver theory, practical, flexible, and simulation classes in relevant subject areas.
- Foster industry connections and networks to promote courses and build learning communities.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of quality assurance processes for program and course administration, design, delivery, assessment, and evaluation of training materials.
- Identify, create, and engage in professional development opportunities to maintain vocational currency and enhance teaching skills
- Complete regular face to face workplace visits and observations
Skills and Experience Required:
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience working in the education sector in government, public, or private institutions.
- Hold a relevant qualification in Education and/or Education Support.
- Possess a Degree, Diploma, or Certificate relevant to the content, academic level, and industry experience relevant to Certificate III in School-based Education Support.
- Hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116 or a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110) with Design and Develop Assessment Tools (TAEASS502) and Address Adult Language, Literacy, and Numeracy (LLN) skills (TAELLLN4111) or (TAELLN401A).
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of current industry practices and procedures, with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships within the Community Services Industry.
