Student Administrator - RTO Enrolments
AGA is seeking a passionate Student Administrator to join our team. In this role you will:
- Guide prospective students through enrolment by providing information and assisting with applications
- Determine funding eligibility and provide fee statements
- Issue certification and maintain accurate student records
- Deliver exceptional service, managing stakeholder inquiries and administrative duties
- Ensure regulatory compliance through accurate record-keeping and reporting
- Collaborate across AGA to link services and identify job opportunities
- Drive continuous improvement by seeking feedback and addressing issues
To be successful you will have:
- A Certificate IV qualification or similar
- Administrative experience in an RTO or education provider
- Strong knowledge of training frameworks and systems
- Stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience using VETtrak or similar Student Management System
- Experience with Monday.com or similar Project Management Software
