About the role

Working alongside a supportive and collaborative team in Melbourne’s West, this role will see the successful candidate working FulltimeMonday to Friday whilst completing a 12-month traineeship in Business.

In this rewarding role, you'll work within a catholic mainstream setting, providing administrative support to students (p-6), parents and teachers. You will manage incoming calls and emails and general administrative tasks.

What you will be doing

  • Provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Answering phones and responding to emails
  • Managing school database
  • Provide first aid as necessary
  • Attend block training in Deer Park during school holidays
  • Work within a team to complete other tasks as directed

What we are looking for

  • Current Working with Children (must have)
  • Willing to obtain a Police Check
  • Eager to learn and committed to a 12-month traineeship
  • Computer Literate
  • Great customer service skills and bubbly personality
  • Well presented
  • Available to work Monday to Friday (8:30am- 4:30pm)
  • Ability to attend training within school holidays
