About the role
Working alongside a supportive and collaborative team in Melbourne’s West, this role will see the successful candidate working Fulltime, Monday to Friday whilst completing a 12-month traineeship in Business.
In this rewarding role, you'll work within a catholic mainstream setting, providing administrative support to students (p-6), parents and teachers. You will manage incoming calls and emails and general administrative tasks.

What you will be doing
- Provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Answering phones and responding to emails
- Managing school database
- Provide first aid as necessary
- Attend block training in Deer Park during school holidays
- Work within a team to complete other tasks as directed
What we are looking for
- Current Working with Children (must have)
- Willing to obtain a Police Check
- Eager to learn and committed to a 12-month traineeship
- Computer Literate
- Great customer service skills and bubbly personality
- Well presented
- Available to work Monday to Friday (8:30am- 4:30pm)
- Ability to attend training within school holidays
