This role requires candidates to be in the workplace for a minimum of 3 allocated days per week. The remaining 2 can be done from home upon request.
Initial training period requires the successful candidate to be in the office full time.

The Opportunities
We are recruiting for two key roles that ensure the smooth operation of our RTO systems and compliance processes:
1. SMS & LMS Administrator – Operations Team
- Manage SMS/LMS processes and ensure data accuracy.
- Track attendance, process units and credit transfers.
- Set up classes and schedules.
- Provide help desk support and train staff on system use.
- Drive continuous improvement and compliance.
2. SMS Administrator – Processing Team
- Process enrolments and completions accurately.
- Maintain student records and compliance reporting.
- Collaborate with reception and admin teams.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and stakeholder support.
What We’re Looking For
- Hard Skills:
- Experience with Student Management Systems (e.g., VETtrak) and Learning Management Systems (e.g., Cloud Assess).
- Strong understanding of AQTF compliance requirements.
- Data accuracy and reporting skills.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Adaptability and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Qualifications:
- Certificate IV in Business/Administration (highly regarded).
- Minimum 1 year experience in RTO or tertiary education administration.
- Mandatory checks: National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
