Female Electrical Apprentices – Major Projects (Melton & Melbourne Metro)

Start your electrical trade career with hands on experience, structured support, and above award pay.

We are seeking motivated women who are ready to start their career in the Electrical Trade and want to work on major Tier 1 construction projects across Melbourne.

Successful candidates will commence their journey through the Lendlease Tradie Bootcamp, a two week pre employment, job readiness program designed to prepare female apprentices for success on commercial construction sites.

Upon successful completion of the Tradie Bootcamp, apprentices will be placed on major projects in Melton, including (but not limited to) the Cobblebank Data Centre and Melton Hospital, with opportunities to move across sites throughout metropolitan Melbourne as projects progress.

About the Program

This role forms part of Tradie Bootcamp, a two week job readiness program delivered by Lendlease.

Completion of Tradie Bootcamp is mandatory prior to commencing your apprenticeship and is designed to set you up for success in construction site environments.

What You’ll Need:

• Completed Certificate II in Electrotechnology (Pre Apprenticeship)

• Valid Construction White Card

• Driver’s licence and reliable transport (automatic licence accepted)

• Commitment to completing a full electrical apprenticeship

• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
