About the Role
In this pivotal role, you’ll be part of the backbone of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your day-to-day will include:
- Running Inductions for new employees and clients
- Preparing documentation for our consultants
- Providing customer service to both internal and external stakeholders both face to face and via the phone
- Setting up employees and clients in our database
- Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
- Identifying challenges and implementing solutions that drive success
