Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Communication Specialist to support translation projects, external documentation management, and internal communication systems. This role will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure accurate, timely, and effective delivery of marketing and technical communications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, English, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing communications, project coordination, or a related role.
• Experience working with translation vendors or content localization is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with PLM or CMS systems.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with managing translation projects, including coordinating directly with translation suppliers to ensure accurate and timely completion of multilingual materials.
• Help manage documentation and content development projects with external suppliers and technical writers, ensuring alignment with brand standards and project timelines.
• Provide backup support for the internal Marketing Communications Specialist in managing tasks related to the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.
• Support the review and quality check of translated and externally developed content to maintain consistency, accuracy, and adherence to company guidelines.
