About Us

For more than 13 years, 365 Care has been providing quality, compassionate care to older Australians and people living with disability across Greater Western Sydney.

We support people to remain independent in their own homes, stay connected to their communities and live life in a way that works for them.

As a local Home Care and NDIS provider, our services range from personal care, help around the home, meal preparation, transport and social support through to nursing, allied health, respite and complex care. We work closely with our clients, their families and support networks to provide the right support for each person.

At our core, we’re a people business. We believe good care starts with genuine relationships built on trust and respect, and with people who care about making a positive difference in someone’s everyday life.
