Working as part of our Support At Home (previously HCP) team, this is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of new client growth, converting enquiries into active clients. You will be the first point of contact for future clients and their loved ones, combining a results-driven sales approach with genuine care—providing personalised, compassionate advice on their Support At Home package while guiding them toward confident decisions.
You’ll be part of a dedicated team committed to ethical, person-centred care—where achieving outcomes goes hand in hand with doing what’s right for the client.
Given the community-facing nature of this role, regular travel across Western Sydney is required 3 days per week, with 2 days working from home.
What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end client journey, proactively managing and converting new enquiries through to sign-up
- Drive conversion by building trust, understanding client needs, and confidently recommending suitable services
- Lead face-to-face consultations in clients’ homes, recognising this as a critical step in building relationships and closing opportunities
- Provide tailored advice, delivering clear, practical guidance on Support At Home packages
- Balance commercial outcomes with empathy, ensuring every interaction is respectful, supportive, and aligned to the client’s best interests
- Actively identify and attend community engagement opportunities to generate leads and build a strong local presence
What We're Looking For
- A results-driven, competitive mindset—someone who wants to win and take ownership of achieving and exceeding targets
- Experience in the aged care sector is a bonus; Support At Home/Home Care Package knowledge highly regarded
- Strong track record managing end-to-end client intake, driving conversions while maintaining empathy and integrity
- Exceptional active listening and adaptability, tailoring your approach to meet each client’s needs and maximise outcomes
