Service Coordinator | Penrith
Make a real impact where it matters most — in the lives of others.
We’re growing, and we’re looking for a dedicated and proactive Rostering Coordinator (Service Coordinator) to join our friendly, supportive team at 365 Care in Penrith. This is a permanent full-time opportunity with hybrid flexibility — work from home and with onsite parking when you're in.
At 365 Care, we pride ourselves on creating a workplace where people genuinely care — about the clients we support, and each other. If you're looking for a role where your work has real meaning and you’re part of a truly collaborative team, this is it.
What You’ll Do
As a Service Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our operations — ensuring our clients receive the care they need, when they need it, from the right people. You’ll be responsible for:
- Rostering and scheduling support workers in alignment to client needs and preferences
- Communicating with clients to understand their requirements
- Coordinating shifts and ensuring timely delivery of care
- Collaborating and working through with our Workforce Leader on any concerns or feedback
- Responding to service requests, client queries, and staff enquiries promptly and professionally
About You
You're organised and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Most of all, you’re passionate about helping others. You’ll also bring:
- Experience in scheduling or rostering
- A background in aged care or disability services (preferred but not essential)
- A team-first attitude with a flexible, can-do approach
- Confidence using rostering platforms and systems
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Why Join 365 Care?
At 365 Care (part of the Kinyara Health group), you’ll be welcomed into a broader community that’s as committed to your growth as it is to client care. We offer:
- Hybrid working options – work from the office and home
- Employee benefits including discounted health insurance, retailer discounts and EAP
- A supportive and inclusive team culture
- Ongoing professional development and training opportunities
- The chance to be part of a trusted provider making a real difference in Western Sydney
