We are seeking 2 Billing Administrators to join our team, responsible for processing all billing, including NDIS for Community and Employment. The successful candidate will provide assistance to the operational management team to establish well-written documentation and maintain data to support the end-to-end billing process, ensuring a smooth billing cycle and maximising revenue.

The ideal candidate for this Billing Administrator role is someone who applies a customer-centric approach in daily interactions, ensuring that customers receive quality supports, and Aruma meets its obligations and regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering on scheduled billing activities and achieving KPIs, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy. Additionally, they will assist with all aspects of billing, including creating service bookings using the NDIS Portal and promptly extracting and processing ROSs to enable efficient cash flow.

About you

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in a similar business context, and/ or equivalent skills and experience.
  • A minimum of one year of work experience in accounting or a related field is required.
  • Possess strong administrative and time management skills, demonstrating efficient work practices to manage multiple concurrent priorities.
  • Showcase strong analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrating confidence and capability in the use of IT databases and MS Office (particularly Excel).
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication style and use effective negotiation and conflict management skills.
  • Adopt a customer-centric approach, being responsive to ad-hoc requests.
  • Possess strong literacy, numeracy, and basic business acumen.
  • Work calmly in a fast-paced environment.
