About the role
We’re seeking experienced Transmission Lineworkers, Team Leaders and Crew Leaders to join our Sydney-based team in key leadership roles delivering major overhead line projects across NSW specifically Central West Orana.
In these key roles, you’ll lead and work alongside diverse crews on high-profile energy infrastructure projects that are helping power the future of New South Wales. Your contribution will play a vital part in delivering clean, affordable, and reliable electricity to homes, businesses, and industries supporting the transition away from coal-fired power generation.
The role requires regular travel and working away from home, aligned with project timelines and rostered operations.
Key Responsibilities include
- Construct & maintain high-voltage transmission lines
- Perform network maintenance inspections to quality and HSE standards
- Climb transmission structures safely and efficiently
- Interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and maps

About You
With a strong pipeline of work, we’ve built a diverse crew of skilled Transmission Lineworkers and are now looking for experienced leaders who can bring teams together and lead effectively on the ground. If you lead by example, build trust within your team, keep safety front of mind, and step up to solve problems and make confident decisions when it counts, this is the role for you.
You’re a hands-on, confident leader who can engage and mentor a diverse crew. With strong technical expertise in overhead line work and a genuine commitment to safety and performance, you’re a trusted presence on site.
- Certificate III in ESI – Transmission Overhead or Equivalent
- Electrical Lineworker Licence
- 12 months in a crew/team lead position
- Current Australian Drivers Licence
- OHS Construction Induction card (White/Blue card)
- High Risk Work Licence (EWP, Dogger); First Aid Training
