Do you have a passion for safety around the water? Are you energetic, dynamic, outgoing and fun?
Your outstanding communication skills and commitment to customer service excellence will ensure our patrons safely enjoy their visit every time.
Key responsibilities include:
- Carry out intervention and preventative action to ensure the safety and well being of staff, patrons, the facility and equipment
- Promote safety in the aquatic environment
- Ensure an exceptional level of supervision of the aquatic area is maintained at all times
- Recognise and action appropriately response to incidents or emergencies
- Able to provide support and communication to team members
- Effectively communicate with all levels of staff
- Able to provide possible resolutions to identified issues
- Perform pool maintenance & cleaning duties
- Complete administration duties as required
Qualifications
- Working with Children’s Check for employment
- Pool Lifeguard Award
- Provide First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
- Pool Operations Award (Desired)
- Safeguarding Children & Young People (upon commencement)
