Mining

Our global team of over 5,200 dedicated mining professionals are supporting the industry to decarbonise mining operations in the accelerating green transition. Working collaboratively across borders and disciplines, you’ll join a leading team working on interesting and complex projects. We are experts in our field, and we are passionate about mining.

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver a program of projects for key clients through management of key stakeholders and contractors.
  • Manage work programs to deliver engineering services with respect to mine waste management.
  • Support multiple concurrent projects across the entire life cycle, including design management, tendering, contract administration, financial management, project scheduling and risk management. 
  • Lead the design of tailings storage facilities and other earthen structures, from conceptual through to delivery stages.
  • Plan and direct field investigations and other tasks to meet project requirements.

About You

  • Bachelor degree in Civil/Mining Engineering or project management qualifications are desirable.
  • Proven project management experience including managing multiple coinciding programs with internal and external stakeholders with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A background working on tailings, water and civil projects, ideally with some experience within a consulting environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing, presentations and client interactions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and within multi-disciplinary project teams.
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing high quality service to clients within budget and time constraints
