Primary Purpose:

 The Analyst is responsible for executing end-to-end operational planning and collaborating on capacity and capability management. The ultimate goal is to ensure timely allocation of finished goods to the right service providers, achieving on-time delivery, optimal quality, and cost efficiency.

·      Generate and analyze reports as assigned, providing data-driven insights to support Supply Planning decision

·      Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather data and deliver meaningful observations that drive planning optimization

·      Proactively review PDTs and supply chain processes to develop buy cycle calendars each season with actionable recommendations, ensure milestones meet floorset target

·      Develop and implement standard operating procedures to govern all work processes

·      Maintain and enhance supply planning tools, serving as the system maintenance expert

·      Support the broader allocation and plan balancing team with analytics, in-system table maintenance, as well as key admin support duties.


The accomplished individual will possess...

·      2+ years working experience in planning in supply chain, preferable in handbag, footwear or fashion products industries

·      Strong analytical skills with attention to details, able to manage multiple priorities

·      Creative problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

·      Excellent collaboration skills

·      Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly and concisely

·      Experience with digital planning systems (e.g., PLM, ERP) and data visualization tools is a plus. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
