The Role

As Head of Sales, you’ll build and lead a best-in-class sales function that spans every Source service line. This is a newly created, strategic leadership role where you’ll:

  • Design and implement a unified sales strategy that supports Source’s overall growth vision while tailoring approach to the unique strengths and audiences of each division.
  • Coach, support and lead a team of Sales Managers to enhance sales capability, bring in new opportunities and nurture long-term client relationships.
  • Work collaboratively with leadership and client teams to identify new markets, uncover client needs and design solutions that align with Source’s human-first, value-led approach.
  • Embed scalable systems and processes to support consistent pipeline management, account growth and reporting across divisions.
  • Lead from the front – whether it’s working on key deals, meeting with clients, or presenting to new prospects, you’ll be hands-on and impactful.

This role blends strategy and execution, team building and client-facing work, data and relationships – all underpinned by the belief that great sales come from great conversations and real value creation.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll likely bring:

  • 10+ years’ experience in B2B sales, ideally with experience in legal, accounting, consulting, technology, or other complex professional services.
  • A track record of results in building and managing a sales pipeline, winning new clients and growing existing relationships.
  • Experience leading and developing sales teams or professionals - and helping people around you thrive.
  • Success in designing and implementing structured sales processes and marketing-aligned go-to-market strategies.
  • A data-driven mindset and strong operational discipline - you know what to track, how to optimise and when to scale.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills - internally and externally and the ability to influence, communicate and collaborate effectively.
  • You act as a constructive team member, actively participating in culture-building initiatives and contributing to the HPX Group’s collaborative, ambitious culture.
  • You demonstrate a growth mindset - focused on learning, innovation and lifting others up alongside you.
