Hours: Casual | Weekdays Only (Mon–Fri, 7:00am–4:00pm)
Shifts: Approx. 2 per week, flexible

What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver evidence-based assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation for musculoskeletal injuries in ADF members
• Work closely with doctors, nurses, PTIs, and allied health professionals in a collaborative team
• Focus on injury prevention, performance, return-to-duty, and long-term wellbeing — not just pain management
• Use your clinical judgement to manage a diverse caseload across outpatient, rehab, and gym-based settings
• Conduct group therapy, hydrotherapy, and equipment-assisted programs
• Keep detailed, compliant clinical records and participate in continuous quality improvement and audits
• Stay at the cutting edge through CPD, innovation, and a strong clinical governance framework

What You’ll Need

• AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist (Unrestricted)
• Minimum 2 years of recent post-grad experience in musculoskeletal or rehabilitation physiotherapy
• Current CPR Certificate (HLTAID009)
• Ongoing CPD participation aligned with AHPRA standards
• APA Membership (highly regarded)
• Australian Citizenship (required for Defence clearance)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline Security Clearance

About Robertson Health Centre

Located on Robertson Barracks in Holtze, this busy facility supports ~2,800 ADF members and up to 2,500 US Marines during rotational deployments. Services include GP, dental, mental health, pharmacy, physiotherapy, and a 22-bed ward. Operating hours: 0730–1530, Monday to Friday.
