The Opportunity:
- Under the direction of Engineers and Designers, prepare AutoCad drawings for civil engineering projects.
- Be familiar with standard civil engineering practices and technical standards
- Assist with problem solving
- Assist with design activities such as; measuring quantities from drawings, site visits, vehicle swept paths
- Drawings may be schematic, concept or detailed design drawings
- Deliver drawings and documentation in accordance with the company quality management systems
What You Bring:
- 5 to 8 years experience in Civil Engineering Drafting – in particular AutoCad
- Contribute to solving problems. Logical and technically minded
- Ability to interpret standard drawings and specifications
- Certificate in Civil Engineering drafting
- Self-motivated, organised, efficient, ability to work to timelines and a mind for details.
