About the Project:

Join a high-impact technology program focused on modernising and upgrading core trading and clearing systems. This is a hands-on role where you will ensure performance, resilience, and reliability of large-scale enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute Non-Functional Tests including performance, alerting, monitoring, disaster recovery, backup restoration, and resiliency testing.
  • Analyse requirements and solution architecture, define test approach, and create reusable test assets to meet coverage standards.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage, provide technical input, and improve processes or specifications where needed.
  • Work hands-on with Java-based scripts, including reading, modifying, and executing code as part of automated performance testing.

Must-Have Requirements:

  • 8–10 years of experience in Non-Functional Testing with hands-on performance testing expertise.
  • Strong knowledge of JMeter and performance engineering best practices.
  • Ability to read, understand, and modify Java scripts for performance tests.
  • Proven experience in customising test approaches for large-scale enterprise applications.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS managed services), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile delivery practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Exposure to risk, audit, or regulatory compliance in enterprise applications.
  • Knowledge of capital markets, trading, or BFS domain.
  • Experience with Chaos Testing or AWS Fault Injection Services.
